Bio
Born in Abaco, Bahamas, Junice knew that she was destined to pursue a career in the
real estate industry. At the age of 8, Junice, along with her 9 siblings helped their dad
build his first investment property. Junice recalls, “My dad was a Builder.
I can remember breaking rocks with a hammer and mixing cement with my father.”
As a result of her upbringing, Junice did not build houses; she instead, worked in
the Real Estate Accounting industry for over 14 years. As a former Controller
for a property management company in Buckhead, Junice learned first hand the financial
aspects of the real estate industry.
Junice holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Palm Beach
Community College, Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from
Mankato State University, Minnesota.
She considers her career highlight to be “meeting people of varied backgrounds, from
influential group leaders to the single mother getting the keys to her first home."
When you meet Junice, it is clearly obvious that she loves to work with people. When not
showing homes, Junice treasures her family time with hobbies revolving around home
life – cooking, reading and spending quality time with her husband and daughters. Junice
believes that putting God first is key, which is why at the end of the day; Junice enjoys
the peace that she has given her clients the best service possible.
